The overall goals of the Education SIG are:
- Promote the use of free software in educational institutions within
Victoria, Australia. - Act as a network for:
- People who are interested in using and promoting free software in
Victorian schools. - People interested in developing free education software.
- People who are interested in using and promoting free software in
- Develop the network across Australia to help achieve the above goals in other states/territories.
