Build a Simple RC Bot! Getting started with Arduino and Android

In this introductory talk, Ivan Lim Siu Kee will take you through the process of building a simple remote controlled bot. Find out how you can get started on building simple remote controlled bots of your own. While effort has been made to keep the presentation as beginner friendly as possible, some programming experience is still recommended to get the most out of this talk.

Ivan is a tinkerer who enjoys learning, experimenting, and creating things. He's always up for an adventure and has experienced both the structured, predictable life of the corporate environment, and the chaotic, high-risk freedom of the startup world. He is currently trying his hand at writing a book on learning techniques.
